  Strict Quality Inspection Standards

CLASSIC GROUP implements whole-process quality management and strictly supervises every process such as raw material supply, engineering design, steel component manufacturing, installation. 

We have established a professional team of quality inspection engineers, introduced internationally leading quality inspection equipment such as German GS1000 vacuum spectrometer and high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, established a high-quality product inspection room, and won many awards from China's advanced quality management unit.

In addition, we support testing and certification by SGS, TUV, BV.

  Good Package Plan  

1.Packing steel components and pipe into bundles with steel straps;
2.Wrapping the ends of steel components with fabric;
3.Packaging parts in iron boxes.

Regular goods will be transported in 40ft OT containers and 40ft HQ containers.

If we use 40 HQ, steel pallets are required to pack the goods, and then the pallets are pushed into the container. When unloading, the entire pallet is pulled out of the container, which can better protect the steel components and quickly unload.

For 40ft OT, all goods are loaded one by one into the container using a crane. Because OT are special containers, in this case, the sea freight of 40ft OT is higher.
